Need advice on whisker biscuit diameter size.

I need advice on a whisker biscuit size. Med or Large? I need to replace the WB but I'm not sure of the size. I'm shooting Beman ICS hunter 400 Arrows.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Medium. The large is best suited for larger diam. carbon and aluminum arrows of up to 22/64" or so.

is there any effect of using medium with carbon ones . or it just improves the performance .

It doesn't improve performance. Just that the medium hole is a closer fit to most of the more common carbon arrows used (.295") so the arrow doesn't slop around as much as with the larger hole. Makes for better accuracy.
