Default Bengal won't reach peak weight

Can someone explain this to me. I have a Bengal 55-70 lb. Draw length is set at 28". I had the bow shop set it up for me at 60 lb until I got used to it. Tonight I bottomed out the limbs and only came up with a max weight of 63.2 lbs.
I don't want to sound like an idiot when I go back to the shop. But could the strings and/or cables have stretched this far allow the weight to drop that much. What is the 'cure' to get the peak weight poundage up to where it should be?

Twist your cables up till you hit the factory BH and ATA... You will see the poundage increase.

That will also get your cam in time

would this have also increased my draw length if the string stretched?

    bronko22000,
Twisting your cables decreases your ATA but also increases your DW, BH, and your draw length. You may have to move your draw mod down after you tighten everything down
