Martin Pantera Bow Cam Question ??

Hi all !!

Lost the manual to my 2010 Martin Pantera but what I wanted to know is what are those little black cam pieces that come in the little plastic bag for ? They are listed from 1 - 6, are they for only adjusting the draw weight or the draw lenght ? any help would be great and thank you.

Those are the draw length modules. 1 being the shortest and 7 being the longest.
