Speed Bearings in Idler Wheel

I have a 2008 Bengal 60 lb 29DL. I just replaced the factory strings and while I had the string off noticed the idler wheel bearings are shot. I pulled the axle and removed the idler from the bow to find the bearings are so tight I can barely move the wheel and when it does I can feel the bearings are very rough. I need new bearings!!! I dont want to send it back for this small problem . Is there a way to contact Martin,,,, the email I sent a couple times just comes back with an error and I havent been able to get thru by phone. Anyone have any suggestions where or how to get new bearings without sending it in. My local dealer is about 70 miles away and will not have these items as I called him and asked.

You can call a Dicks sporting goods and ask for the 1 800 number. They sell
Martin Bows and have a tag on there bows with the number. Thats what I did,
or you could call the non toll free number (509) 529-2554

Martin's number is 1-800-541-8902. Somebody should pick up when you call. I've never had a problem. Don't forget that they are two hours behind you. The bearings for your cam are part # BP-47. They may be covered under warranty so ask.
