If you go to AT and do a search custom bowgrips you will see quite a few makers with prices around $30-60. I'm sure the shipping will not be much.
A USPS small pre-paid box to Australia is US$13.50, but it could work out less than that as a couple of side plates would fit in an envelope. Just a shame our dollar has tanked and the US$ has rallied.
