Default sliding bar placement on martin panther magnum

i have a question about where the sliding bar should be mounted on my panther magnum. should it be above the rest or in the hole below? im asking this because mine is in the upper one and it seems like the string is being pulled outward on the inside of the upper cam.

    any info will help

The sliding bar as you call it - i refer to it as the cable rod - is in the right place. The hole below the grip is build to insert a STS if wished for.

thanks for the help. my concern was mainly with the string being pulled to the right towards the rod/bar and causing the string to come off the cam at a slight angle.
