Need help on Martin Prowler re-stringing

I have an older model Martin prowler at a sporting goods store right now. They are in the process of re-stringing the bow right now with the strings sent to me by Martin Tech. They are having trouble and asking for help

By older model do you mean the old cast riser model from the 90s?
What cams and cable system?
