    Default First Kill!

Just took this Antelope with my 2009 Cheetah. Did the spot and stalk and got him at 60 yrds. I had never hunted big game before and nothing with a bow, so needless to say it was an awesome experience. Next year it's Elk and Deer!

Oh I'm sure there was plenty of luck involved. I practice out to 75 yards so 60 wasn't an issue. The terrain was also in my favor. Lots of rolling hills with clumps of trees and shrubs to use as a make shift blind. Not to mention calm winds. Just figured out his route and planned an ambush. I had been trying to get that buck for the past 3 weeks, and I guess patience and persistence finally paid off.

Always is some luck but @ 60 yards it is still impressive.
