    Default First ever archery hunt

This was the result of my first ever archery hunt. After helping my nephew on his archery elk hunt last year he convinced me to take up archery hunting. I put in for an Archery elk hunt in Arizona February of last year found out I drew my second choice in March. Purchased a Martin SE shortly after and practiced almost every day until my hunt in September, and my practice paid off. The only thing I regret is waiting 52 years to pick up a bow. It is by far the most memorable hunt I've ever been on. I hunted 12 days with several bulls coming into my calling. I took one other shot prior to this without success. This bull was taken at 65 yards the bull ran 75 yards and it was over, right through the heart. He is not the biggest bull I have taken by far but he is the best bull I've ever taken.

Can you tell me the distance required to hit the bull (target) to accomplish my first hunt?
