wellll hunted the morning didnt see anything scouted around in a new area and found some monster rubs and did the one thing i hate, i hunted on the ground lol. got in the woods 5 hours before dark at 2. around 5 i start hearing branches break and here comes a buck running a doe just grunting and running full speed he gets about 20 yards from me, but behind 20 yards of brush lol i draw my bow and he stops.... stands there about 3 mins and my arms about dead and he starts blowing me and runs away if hes the big boy that made the rubs and scrapes on the hill then he was a monster that's why i always hunt from a tree haha but its ok i got work at 1 hunting the morning tomorrow!

i havent had much luck in trees....... i hear its the way to go though.

that sucks, hopfully you will get him the next day, but thats bowhunting (hunting in general), good luck.
