    Can I use any wax on bow strings? I have some bow string wax from excalibur crossbow would like to use on my martin strings

    Wouldn't say 'any' but your Excalibur crossbow wax should be ok. A good wax doesn't cost much anyway.

    It says bow string wax ...so yea use it , I would not just use any old wax thou .. like last nights dinner candles

    uhhh a bit waxey guess its been a while sence some had a candle lit dinner ...well last time the power went out anyway...
