    Default Adjusting the draw length

Do I have to take it to a bow shop to adjust the draw length or is it something i could do at home?

if your not sure you can look at your cams. look for a extra teardrop on the cam.you might want to take it to a shop and watch them, the first time. you may need a new module if you can't get enough from a different string location.

Your question can't be answered unless you tell what cams you have.

Some cams have modules which if you're lucky don't need to be pressed to be changed. Generally the reason pressing is needed is to expose the bolt head.
Some cams have rotating modules which shouldn't need to be pressed to be adjusted.
Some cams have posts and you need to press the bow to change.
Some cams are draw length specific and you need new cams.

Even if the Martin needs to be pressed to be adjusted, odds are you can break the bow down without a press.
