I recently purchased a 55# L-100. I live in Alaska and I'm a little worried about my new bow cracking in the cold. Will that happen in extreme cold?

Not if you dont just store it in your freezer.
Seriously tho - - when I hunt in really cold weather - I just draw my bow back as often as I can to keep it 'warmed up'. And to keep myself warmed up so I dont crack.
Rub the limbs to keep them warm when ya can. Stick it up under your coat when you can...
Bamboo is some really tough stuff so I dont think you will see any issues.
How cold of temps are you talking about for how long of times?
Good luck to you
