Wanting to upgrade from a 15 yr old PSE Thunder Flite and was trying to decide between the Bengal and the Bone Hunter any thoughts?

As far as i know the Bone Hunter is the Cheetah renamed to be sold at Dicks. Between the Cheetah and the Bengal i'd take the Bengal - prefer the longer axle-to-axle.
2008 Martin MOAB - 45-60#, set at about 51-53# / 55#" Perfect Line" compound/ 55# Mongol horsebow/ 45# "Perfect Line" takedown recurve/ 45# Bearpaw Grizzly hunter recurve/ 55# Samick Longbow Cheetah ... and several homemade bows
I'd have to say the Bengal. Longer ata!

With a 15 year upgrade either will probably surprise you. Still, I like the longer ata bows.
Bengal here too.
(My wife still has a ThunderFlite about that age that she still shoots really well.)
I'd say shoot both bows, and buy whichever one feels best to you. Personally, I like the Bengal best. Just "feels" better to me when shot. Less vibration, quieter, and overall smoother. Just remember, it's what feels best to YOU. Good luck with the new bow!
