I have a 06 Slayer with C cams and mini mods. Can someone give me the draw length range on a C cam with mini mods?

Tech info shows the C cam with standard mods go from 28" to 31". The mini mods supposedly reduce this range by 2", so it should be 26" to 29".

Looking for 28 to 28.5 which ever feels good to me.
The specs on the charts are for 14" limbs.
If you have 13" limbs, mini-mods will give you a DL range of 25" to 28".
Interested in a swap? I have a set of polished B Nitrous cam that I'd trade for your C's. You'll gain about 5 # in the change over, but they fit your draw range better. I want to convert my Cougar to C's so I can shoot fingers with it, currently drawing it to the max using a release, and switching to fingers I'll gain another 2 inches of draw, while losing around 5# of draw weight. PM me if you are interested.![]()

If the OP has 13" limbs, B cams won't get to 28" of DL, no way, no how.
27.25", perhaps even 27.5", but 28" ain't gonna happen.
With 14" limbs, the bow will reach 28", and have an "adjusted" IBO of 340+.
However, it will have the same power stroke (and speed) as it would with 13" limbs at 27".
