Default Ikes review on Firecat 400!

Well, I can't watch any of the two videos as dial up would take forever to download. So how about giving the nuts and bolts of both?

well he gave it a 9 out of ten. docked for perhaps not making ibo(not tested) and fit finish issues. like the features and cams, liked the looks, liked the sos and trg. called it a meat and potatoes hunting bow. rating was bases on price range and intended use, as advertised. he generally gave a really positive reveiw of the bow.

Both his reviews (Onza and Firecat) were a kind of condescending (if this word ain't too strong) - "well, the bow is awesome, but..." and then something funny like "can't reach the IBO speed", like the other companies' bows can reach the stated IBO. I didn't believe it, but now i'm sure that too many people look at the Martin bows with superior eyes. Too bad for them.

Yeah, the statements about IBO speed were strange. I found that he's not partial though, because I watched his review on the Matthews Z7, and he came down quite hard on the finish, saying that the fiberglass was showing on one of the limbs, and there was air bubles in the riser's finish. He was more impressed with Martin's finish than with Matthew's finish.

Yeah, a lot of us have a similar address, best I can afford out here on the west edge of the continent is "accelerated" dial-up.

We live in somewhere close to nowhere and out there! But I not complaining. Last December they brought us broadband. That is as high tech as it gets where we live.
