Can someone give me an example of Barnesdale Limb Deflection codes?

And could someone explain what the code means....ie Martin is 3H....4H is five lbs more deflection.

Barnsdales on an AlienX.....115 deflection would be 70#, 135 would be 60# and 155 would be 50#, this is assuming it has the Hybrix 2.0 cams, the Hybrix 1.5 cams make about 10# more per deflection rating than the 2.0's.
Martins numbers are similar but the letter designates Light, Medium and Heavy..ie, 3L, 3M, 3H.
The 2011's use a single number followed by 2 letters. A 70# FC360 uses a 5LP while a 70# FC400 uses a 4HP while a 70# Onza uses a 5MP.

I wonder why Martin added the extra letter to the limb codes and what does the 'P' represent? Pull? would be my 1st guess.
