search deltaarcherycompany.com. Their ads are on Craigslist. At least in Michigan. $25-50/doz carbon arrows w inserts/broadheads included. I might chance it.

Get on www.resellerratings.com and type it in. They have a pretty good list of who's legit and who isn't. BBB for that area is another way.
