    Default Firecat 400 or Silencer

So next week I am ordering my new bow,but I see more guys here buying the
Silencer over the Fc.I cannot shoot either of these bows,so is there a reason
some of you picked the Silencer?Did it feel better in your hand, price?Just curiious.

I've shot them both and couldnt tell the difference between the two. The silencer cost less than the firecat 400. I believe this is because of the cost for machining those claw or tooth designs into the riser of the firecat 400. I own a silencer and love it. it is a great all around bow. Cant go wrong with either one. Good luck to you with your choice and enjoy the new bow.

Also the silencer is less weight if I remember right. 3.7 vs. 3.5 Something to think about. Less money less weight almost the same bow.

I know how that is. My exwife offered to buy me a new bow in return for babysitting so she could watch the S-bowl w some friends. Seems like I've been waiting months to get my new Hoyt Alphamax 35. It was offered to me cheaper than a new Martin and I couldn't pass it up.it a smooth shooter. Still have 2more days!uggg
