Thanks for all the input.
I also took RangerJ's advice and talked to someone on AT who owns one. I am looking at other sights because my Range Rover with its hood and outside diameter is a little big for my Jaguar's compact riser. If I get another sight though, it probably won't be the Pendulum. I might end up going back to multiple pins, which I've shot with before, and liked them(I'm not saying that I don't like the Range Rover though).

Stick with what you've got, its a good sight, Like Bfisher says, remeber to bend at the waist, maybe spend a day or so practicing out of your stand, leave small targets around to shot at, and take all the field points you've got with you, shouldn't be long before you're hitting all of them. Got a range finder yet?

I am happy to say that I can hit the broadside of a barn from my treestand(except when I drew on a buck and the peep sight turned so I couldn't see anything). I have always checked my bow as soon as I get in the stand since then.
Now to answer your question, I am the range finder for now.lol

Isn't that a bad thing, hanging out in the area you are going to hunt?

It doesn't have to be where you hunt. Any suitable elevated platofrm can work. Roof of a house, shed, or barn. A tree in your back yard.
