Question Do Martins Reliably Hit Their IBO Speeds?

From reading articles and forums I've come to the conclusion that advertised IBO speeds of just a few years ago were greatly exaggerated, unethically attained or just plain fantasy. It seems that the tide is turning and more and more bow companies are posting accurate (or nearly accurate) IBO speeds these days.

I know some will say speed is overrated. That may be the case but it isn't my question. When I buy something, anything, I want to know it will perform as advertised. So with a bow, if it says it is 70 pounds and 350 IBO I want to know I'm buying what they say they are selling.

I'm not insinuating anything or saying Martins do or don't meet IBO. I'm interested in Martins and want to know if they do as advertised.

^^ The way it should be, never having to know if customer service is great or not! Too bad it isn't that way for all companies. It makes you wonder when eveyone knows about great customer service from a company doesn't it? ^^

They used to. Like, prior to 2008.

I think the new ones can make IBO, but they won't do it at 80% let-off, with the factory STS installed.

Default Do Martins Reliably Hit Their IBO Speeds?

Of the few 2008s and newer Martins I've checked, everyone of them came very near, made or exceeded.
