    Default Old Bow-New Problem

    Hello:

I have a question for all the Martin enthusiasts. I have a 1980's era Martin Wart Hog Magnum with no specs written on it. As reccomended I called the factory techs at Martin. No luck. They suggested that if I took the bow to a dealer, he could put the bow on a press and tell me the weight and draw length. Is this true?

I agree any good martin dealer can give you the draw weight and the draw length. Some old time shops like my shop might even know all the info on it.
My shop owner is almost 70 years old and has been in the business 50years. And at 70years old I wouldn't mess with him he would twist me in a knot.
