Here it's not a requirement to wear orange, but I start wearing my Mossy Oak blaze orange vest when rifle season starts. I like the idea of not being accidentally identified as a deer.

In Ks, you can bow hunt during rifle season, but like the gun hunters, you have to wear at least 110 square inches of unbroken orange visible from both sides of the body.
