Anyone Using A NAP Apache On A 2011 Martin?
Does the Apache work play nice with the new TRG rod? Does the rest have to be mounted way back like an overdraw set-up? How is the loading of arrows if you are shooting a bunch?
After finding out my QAD Pro LD is incompatible with the new TRG rod I'm considering this rest.

Apache on a 2010 Martin Shadowcat. Can't see where'd there be a problem.
The full containment cage, I removed it from target shooting.

I have an apachy arrow rest on my bow but my bow is pre 2011. And on my bow with the roller gurd it barely fit's and i mean barely. See if you can go to a shop and try it on first. Keep in mine the apachy rest is kinda bulky with it's containment system. My problem was with the adjusting screws for windage being so close to my roller guard. but it just made it. Lucky my local shop owner is super cool and let me try it on first. He even put it on for me to make sure it would work. i can post a pic if you would like? just let me know.

This is like the apache,this is what i had before the qad,no clearance problems at all,should have left it on....oh well.

I know they work well but I don't like the cocker being below the arrow. It's noisy trying to cock it. I also wish it had the slow let down feature. Now for the biggest reason of not buying a RC CR locally. $102 for the rest and $8.93 for taxes.

thats the same trophy taker ive got on my Athens. i cut the uprights/containment part of it down a bit. id highly recommend any of the trophy-taker rests. cant go wrong with the durability and functionality of these rests and great arrow flight,too.

The Trophy Taker will work w/o any problems, The NAP should, but it will be very close. Problem with the NAP is the adjustment knob on top, but it does look like it has just enough clearance.
