Martin Cougar II MT-6

So I posted a thread maybe a week ago about getting parts for an old Martin Cougar II MT-6, but unfortunately didn't have enough information to give a detailed description of the bow.

It's a 1987 Cougar II MT-6, bow number 82607.

The things I'm specifically interested in are getting new wheels some new limbs.
I'm also wondering if anyone has experience painting these older wood limbs; I'd like to paint it with rustoleum spray paint or something to seal it a little better and get rid of the beat-up look.

Edit: Forgot to ask; does anyone know if you can WARF these risers?

As far as I understand it, you can warf any riser, you'll just need the proper ILF plate, here's two links for more warfing info. Hope it helps you.
