    Default Onza Owners

Just wondering what final specs are as far as ATA & BH everyone has on their Onzas. Mine ended up at 33 1/2 and 7 1/2. Haven't tuned it yet, but went and flung a few arrows this evening. I'm not too sure this bow isn't faster than my FC400. 29" draw 60# and 343 gr. arrow. They were smoking fast out of this bow. Looking forward to getting it tuned, and running it through the chrono.

Mine ended up at 33 1/4" and 7 3/8". I ran it through the chrono @28.5/60.8, don't recall the numbers, but the adjusted IBO put it right around 338 with just a loop and the long factory center serving.

archer, I shortened the factory serving on my FC400, and gained a decent amount of speed, so I did the same with this Onza. Only things on the string are a D-loop and peep. I'm guessing this is going to hit around 310 fps or so.

I didn't bother shortening the serving, I'll just build a new set for it as soon as I settle on colors. I figure I should get another 4-5 fps with the new strings and shorter serving. I haven't rechecked my chrono since we moved the shop, so I don't know how close the posted numbers are. I have my AX that I chrono'd at the other shop, and I know what it did there, so I need to run it through and see what difference I have with the lighting here. I have a feeling its reading a little fast with the lighting here.

    Hi,
Mine ended up wit an a2a of 33 3/8" and a BH of 7 3/8" after adjusting cable and string lengths to spec.
    Cheers,
    Craig
