Well first off, welcome. Secondly, i have no idea. But give it time and i'm sure there will be atleast a couple people who WILL have the answer to your question.
First, check the draw weight. If at listed max there should be no reason to adjust ata.
If all else okay and poundage down, then you adjust (twist) both cables a equal amount.
Beings ata is supposed to be 33 1/4" I'd call Martin. At 33 1/2" and draw weight to be 60 pounds the excess 6 pounds say you have the wrong limbs or your scale is a ways off... If the draw weight doesn't bother you, then shoot it. When I buy a bow, order or off the rack, I want draw to be what it is, but will except a pound or two over.
What's the brace height? If it's short it might be you need to add about 15 twists to the string. That would drop the weight while shortening the a2a at the same time. Bear in mind this will change the draw length--make it shorter by about 1/4" or so.

Remove the string and cables and measure them, then adjust to factory specs. You should have no more than about 1-2#'s over the marked draw weight. Whats the limb deflection number ?
