my first bow was a brand new browning micro midas, recommended to me as a good learners bow, and easy to resell. good reliable bow, with plenty of draw length and draw weight adjustment available. i now shoot a martin mystic.

my brother's granddaughter can pull about 15 pounds but that's about it to start (she's 9 years old). we looked at several for her and while he kinda like the Fuse pink bow, i thought it looked alot like the old Whisper Creek kid's bow which frankly never impressed me.
so, what do you all think about the Genesis for a youngster who's going to be using it for 4-H and just plinking around? NASP is getting strong there in OK.
i had an older PSE Fitzgerald kids bow that supposedly was 40 pound max. I tightened it down and it went to 53 pounds! I backed it out the recommended max of four turns and it was still over 40 pounds. i wish now i had checked it out better when i bought it for my granddaughter a few years ago. can i bash PSE now???
