    Default Fast flight string ML-10

Hello, I have an older ML-10 Longbow, 70#@28, and I was wondering about running a fastflight flemish string from 3 Rivers. Will this string damage the bow or string nocks? Any information would be great. Thanks

I wouldn't use a fastflight string on any old bow. A flemish string is not my favorite type of string, I think the have too much weight near the end loops. They do look the best though.

Like Destroyer, I wouldn't use fast flight, at least not until you check with the more experienced. My understanding is the string makeup similar to compounds can damage stick and recurve bows. Something about no rebound, whatever that means.
